4 x 200-250g of lean turkey breast
¼ cup olive oil
2 spring onion, finely chopped
2½ tbsp soy sauce
2½ tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp sesame oil
Pre-heat the BBQ to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
Wrap the individual turkey breasts, place in the BBQ and cook for 5 minutes each side.
Serve the turkey with either stir-fry vegetable or a cabbage salad.
