50mL Tequila Blanco infused with Turkish Chilli
30mL Triple Sec
10mL sugar syrup
Dash Hellfire bitters
Black salt
Add Turkish chilli to tequila and infuse for a few days – shake and taste sporadically to achieve the right chilli spice level. Longer = SPICIER!
Strain tequila to remove seeds and remaining chilli pieces.
Use black salt and lime wedge to salt rim rocks glass.
Put all ingredients into a Boston shaker and shake thoroughly with ice.
Dump all, including ice, into a rocks glass, top up with fresh ice if required!
