2 cups plain flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup of melted butter
2 sachets of Lipton Chai Latte
Drop the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until combined. Pop the mixture into a greased muffin tray or into patty pans. Pop in a preheated oven on 185 C for 20 minutes.
For a simple icing recipe just add 1/3 of a cup of milk and 1/3 of a cup of icing sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon into a bowl and mix.
Once chai muffins have cooled add the icing on top and enjoy.
For my perfect cup of Lipton Chai Latte I mix 155mL of boiling water with a sachet of either Spiced or Classic Lipton Chai Latte, stir it and sit back and enjoy.
