Ingredients
180g icing sugar
180g almond meal
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Method
1. Preheat your oen to 180ºC.
2. Combine all ingredients together in a mixer until combined.
3. Roll into little logs, and cut into tiny button shapes.
4. Place on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes then move onto a cooling rack.
