30mL Plantation Original dark rum
30mL Dover shiso washu liqueur
45mL strawberry purée
15mL raw sugar syrup
2 dashes yuzu bitters
6 drops Wonderfoam
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake and then shake with ice.
Double strain into a Margarita glass. Dust with Davidson plum dust. Float a dehydrated lime wheel.
Balance a flower on the rim.
