2 green tea bags
1 1/2 cups (375mL) boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
3 cups (750mL) peach ice tea
2 peaches, stoned, cut into thin wedges
1 orange, thinly sliced
4 lemon thyme sprigs
Place the tea bags in a heatproof jug. Pour over the boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes to brew. Discard tea bags. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
Place ice cubes in a 6-cup (1.5 L) serving jug. Top with peach ice tea, the green tea mixture, peach, orange and lemon thyme. Stir well. Pour into glasses.
