Ingredients

1/2 cup (125mL) Cointreau
1/2 cup (125mL) gin
2 cups (500mL) cranberry juice, chilled
2 cups (500mL) orange juice, chilled
2 cups (500ml) non-alcoholic ginger beer, chilled
1 orange, thinly sliced
100 g strawberries, thinly sliced
125 g raspberries
2 cups ice cubes
Mint sprigs to serve

Method

Combine Cointreau, gin, cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger beer, orange slices, strawberry, raspberries, ice and mint in a large jug. Divide among serving glasses.
