KOI Bar & Restaurant invites guests to an extraordinary evening where Japanese tradition, flavour, and craftsmanship unite - A Night with the House of Suntory. This exclusive dining experience will be guided by a House of Suntory representative, offering a rare opportunity to explore the artistry behind Japan's most celebrated whiskies.
The evening features a curated journey through six exceptional expressions: Suntory Toki served as a refreshing Whisky Highball, The Chita showcased in an Old Fashioned, followed by Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve, Hakushu Distiller's Reserve, Hibiki Harmony, and the distinguished Yamazaki 12-Year 100th Anniversary Edition. Each whisky reflects the House of Suntory's legacy of harmony, balance, and mastery in distilling.
To complement the tasting, guests will enjoy an exquisite five-course menu crafted by KOI's culinary team, highlighting dishes such as scallop ceviche with citrus marinade and sudachi ponzu pearls, duck onigiri arancini with spicy tonkatsu, Bloody Mary mussels in red miso marinara, pork tsukune with red wine soy jus, and nigiri and aburi wagyu sirloin, perfectly seared and elegantly garnished.
Taking place on Thursday, 27th November at 6 PM, this one-of-a-kind event promises an immersive journey into Japanese whisky culture, a celebration of taste, tradition, and craftsmanship. Priced at $185 per person, including the five-course dinner and all six whiskies, seats are limited for what will be an unforgettable evening at KOI.

A bold fusion of flavours, our Shiso Sour blends Plantation Original Dark Rum with the herbaceous lift of Dover Shiso Liqueur (a unique Japanese leaf with notes of mint, basil and anise).
