Exquisite patisseries and creative brunch fare await Melburnians at Charisma Workshop on Frederick Way in the CBD. Escape city hustle and bustle at this cheery and chic café, with black and white tiles, pale wood tables and vibrant floral arrangements, creating an inviting vibe to sip a smooth Syphon coffee and enjoy an indulgent chocolate treat. The collective vision of the Ko family, Charisma plates up inventive dishes such as soft shell crab eggs Benedict with wilted spinach, poached egg, pickled radish and charcoal yuzu hollandaise on sourdough. Those time poor can pick up a sandwich from the display cabinet to go, or settle in for a long lunch with choices such as confit duck leg with mushrooms, sweet potato and pumpkin mash, coffee red wine reduction, tomato and Parmesan marshmallow.

Eat And Be Merry Blog Review
The prospect of brunch is always an exciting event for me - the idea of meal in-between breakfast and lunch, and food combining both, is genius! Who thought of this? But the opportunity to also enjoy dessert during the morning hour is even more thrilling. This was the exact opportunity I had at my recent visit to the Charisma Workshop.
