I always understood Mexican cuisine to be colourful and fun, but never had I imagined how beautifully intense the flavours could get. After getting a taste of the depths of flavours chillies could bring to a dish (not just spicy!), I don’t think I’ll ever be able to enjoy any other Mexican restaurant that does not have several different types of chilies in their arsenal. My personal recommendations for this restaurant are the Pastor tacos, the Gorditas, and their very unique dessert the chocolate Tamal (apparently their signature dish!). I doubt you could go wrong with any of the dishes in the menu however. If you are in the area this is a must try restaurant!
