Tucked into Little Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Saint & Rogue is an upmarket but down-to-earth restaurant & bar, with a strong focus on creating a classy and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy excellent food, fine wine and even better company. With indoor and outdoor dining spaces, Saint & Rogue is the perfect spot all year round. Enjoy bar snacks or main meals, an extensive wine list and a boutique offering from the bar. Start with cured ocean trout, finger lime, jalapeño and sweet pepper salsa; before mains such as linguine with prawns and blue swimmer crab, bisque, chilli, pangrattato and bottarga. Perhaps pork ribeye schnitzel entices, with celeriac, kohlrabi and apple remoulade, sunflower and bullhorn pepper Romesco; or sweet potato and cauliflower curry with rice pilaf.
A few words from Saint & Rogue
Soak up Saint & Rogue's rich history, designed by prominent architects Crouch & Wilson and constructed by Linacre & Farnsworth for the colonial magistrate William Welshman in 1873. Over the decades the building has housed numerous businesses, from print shops, to leather factories, even wine & spirit merchants, DJ Touomy Ltd. In the early 2000s it became St. Arnou Beer Café, then shortly after it was renamed to what you now know as Saint & Rogue.
