An excellent menu very well executed.
On a few visits I've sampled widely across the current and previous menu and haven't been disappointed by a single dish. The SaltbushLAmb is one of my altime favourites.
Make sure you do try some of the house made sourdough bread, which is one of the best around!

Let Chef Neale White take you on a breathtaking journey using fresh local produce to create masterpieces such as the twice cooked Aylesbury duck, blood orange glaze and spiced split pea or Bultarra saltbush lamb rump, bagna cauda, pea and wild rice. Don't forget to order an exquisite dessert of chocolate torta with milk chocolate chantilly. If you find it hard to decide what to order with such a steller menu on offer, opt for a degustation of five or eight decadent courses to sample many tastes.
