Have you always wanted to be a Chef?
In my childhood I always wanted to help my mum in cooking, when I was twelve I moved to Harayana, India with my relatives, they used to take me for a meal in hotels and restaurants. I had desired to become a chef in my every visit to restaurant.

How would you define your style?
Traditional Nepali and Indian.

Obsessive compulsive about?
The ingredients that are used, to the overall taste, style and texture of the dish.

Your greatest culinary inspirations?
Master chefs from five star hotels and restaurants.

Most 'eyebrow raising’ menu item?
Sande ko Chicken.

Signature dish: Chat-Pati-Chat and Maacha Poleko (marinated and roasted fish)
