Wonderful dining experiences underpinned by beautiful cuisine and perfectly matched wine are what await at Annata on Willoughby Road in Crows Nest. Expect an urban chic look and feel – stylish but not pretentious – with local artists' work on the walls, leather lounges, warm lighting and cosy nooks on the mezzanine level. On sunny Sydney days head to the alfresco garden lounge to enjoy a cocktail, before starting a memorable culinary journey with lobster and ricotta scrippelle, lemon beurre monté and chives, or Jamie’s porchetta with fennel and radicchio jam, BBQ grape and hot mustard. For the main, think dishes like roast chicken, fried leg, artichoke, mole negro, pickled onion and beetroot, or Wagyu rump cap with pepper sauce and sides of shoestring fries and grilled broccolini.

A fabulous dinner
From the moment we were welcomed at the door the experience was a treat. It's not a huge menu but everything is delicious and Goldilocks sized portions. Great wine list and friendly service. Very good value for the quality of the meal. Only downside was no vegan options.

Superb food, wine, service and atmosphere
The five course degustation was excellent. We added oysters and a salad. Everything was perfect but the standouts were the oysters, gnocchi and kingfish. All the wines we selected to accompany our meal were delicious - great wine list! Service was excellent and the restaurant itself is very ambient. Highly recommend Annata, we will certainly return.
Incredible every time
North of the bridge, this is the best restaurant I've found by far. Meticulous attention to detail, uniquely crafted dishes, great service. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional
We did the Spanish degustation journey and absolutely loved the food and wine pairings! The menu was fantastic and exceptionally well matched ! Some of the more obscure and unusual Spanish varieties were described beautifully and placed in context with amazing dishes to draw them out. Congratulations to the team! Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful food, wines and service.
We first tried Annata with a set menu event, a South American wine degustation dinner. Food was great, wine AMAZING ! Host presented in a warm down to earth manner. We will definitely be back to try the a la carte menu, and definitely recommend the the Wine Degustation Dinner.

The staff are friendly,welcoming and very knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive, sometimes that is intimidating, but the staff wine knowledge makes the choice of something different easy.

Not only were we surprised at the service but the food was soooooo original, fresh and an amazing combination of flavours and textures. We have dined here twice....it will be our little haven of palatable degustation in Crows Nest!! Love it xxxxx
Such a lovely surprise for Crows Nest! The quality of food and cocktails are crazy good. Didn't get to try the wine but the selection looked interesting. I would recommend going there for an overall quality experience, rather than for a "hearty meal". Worth the money considering the level of service and overall quality.
