From Chefs dedicated to the traditions of an Italian kitchen, expect breakfast offerings such as housemade pumpkin waffles, roasted pumpkin, spicy maple bacon and fried eggs; while the main menu presents dishes like slow cooked Adelaide Hills farmed rabbit, pancetta, port and sage. My fiance and I dined at this restaurant for his birthday, we loved every minute of it. The food was superb, the service was faultless and the whole atmosphere was of the evening was one of pure decadence. Will definitely recommend Chianti Classico.
Dined there five times in last 3 weeks & I cannot fault the food. Service is attentive and friendly without being over bearing. Two thumbs up to all the staff front of house and in the kitchen. Will remain on my dinning rotation for a long time to come. Best breakfast in Adelaide.
