30mL chilli-infused Patron Silver
30mL Tempranillo
15mL Apricot Brandy
20mL fresh lemon juice
15mL blackberry syrup
20mL milk
Chilli-infused Padron Silver:
2 bird's eye chillies
750mL bottle of Patron Silver tequila
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the milk, in a container and stir.
Pour the mixture into the milk and allow the milk to curdle for 1 hour before straining through a coffee filter. The liquid will take time to start coming through clear.
Refilter the cloudy liquid.
In a rocks glass, stir the liquid down with ice to chill and dilute it before serving with an orange twist.
Chilli-infused Padron Silver:
Add chillies to bottle of tequila and let the mixture infuse for at least 24 hours. Then strain and rebottle.
