Immerse yourself in the warmth, flavours and hospitality of Italy in the heart of North Sydney at Antica Dining on Miller Street. This new ristorante – nestled within the restored 1909 heritage-listed Montrose House - is designed to bring people together to create lasting memories, one delightful mouthful at a time.

Settle into elegant surrounds of white-clothed tables, walls adorned with artwork and chandelier-style lighting to peruse an authentic menu that honours tradition and embraces modern techniques.

Mixologist Harrison Della Cioppa recommends pairing your menu choice with a Cielo Viola cocktail:

Cocktail of the Week from Antica Dining Mixologist Harrison Della Cioppa

"This is the perfect sip for Autumn – bright citrus and floral notes with a smooth, velvety finish. It’s refreshing yet comforting,” he explains.

"The lavender syrup is made in-house using fresh lavender from our herb garden and the egg whites come from our free-range chickens.”

Harrison says the cocktail’s name is a nod to its dreamy hue, wild blueberry and lavender notes that make it feel like golden hour in a glass – in Italian, ‘Cielo Viola’ means ‘violet sky’.

Try this cocktail on a Friday afternoon to relax after a long and stressful work week. Alternatively, you could take the party home and concoct the
perfect drink to usher in the weekend.

Don’t forget to check out our Cocktail of the Week series, where each Friday we highlight a cheeky creation to tantalise tastebuds and set the tone for good times.
