Settle into elegant surrounds of white-clothed tables, walls adorned with artwork and chandelier-style lighting to peruse an authentic menu that honours tradition and embraces modern techniques. Begin with seared yellowfin tuna, pistachio, Sicilian green olives, lemon oil, caperberries and samphire; before linguine with scampi, cherry tomato, chilli, saffron prawn butter bisque and citrus almond pesto, or Wagyu beef cheek, parsnip crème, gremolata and potato crisp.
