22mL Havanna Club 3YO
7mL Lord Byron Silver Cane
4mL Appleton Signature
20mL Grand Marnier
7mL Fireball
Disaronno drops
15mL lime juice
25mL orange juice
10mL sugar syrup
20mL Orgeat
25mL passionfruit pulp
10mL condensed milk

Method

35 seconds pour of Havana Club 3yo, a pirate pour of Lord Byron Silver Cane, sign it with Appleton Signature.

Fresh lime and sugar syrup to complete the rum holy trinity, fresh orange juice and orgeat to double it, passion fruit pulp until 23 seeds are in the mix, enough condensed milk to please a Brazilian dessert lover (they use condensed milk in almost all their desserts).

Sprinkle with nutmeg and icing sugar until the Pirate looks like Santa Claus.
