375 ml (12 1/2 fl oz/1 1/2 cups) almond milk
1 x 30 ml (1 fl oz) shot cold-drip or espresso coffee
1 Tbs rolled (porridge) oats
1 tspchia seeds
1 tsp honey

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and whiz everything together for about 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
