Housed in the iconic former Pizza Hut building in Kirra, this light-filled restaurant boasts uninterrupted ocean views from the outside deck as guests watch locals and visitors frolic in the surf. Indoors exudes a calming palette of cool green, peach and orange, along with natural timber bifold doors that bring the outside in; settle in with a cocktail from the 52 signature drinks on offer and peruse a creative Mod Oz menu. Say surfs up to starters like Ora King salmon, ginger and chilli ponzu, Kewpie and a puffed rice cracker; before hanging ten with a main of lobster spaghetti, tomato, confit garlic, capers, chilli and lemon.
