Gluten Free Gnocchi by I Maccheroni


1 kg Ricotta
300 g Parmesan
8 Eggs
300 g GF Flour
10 g Salt


Mix all together, then flatten the dough over a dusted bench, cut long stripes and roll like a log.

Cut the gnocchi and freeze.
