Whether you're going the full distance for Dry July or just dabbling in a more mindful month, the QT Sydney restaurant is dialling up the drama - and the deliciousness - with bold zero-proof cocktails, tableside cheese rituals and a feel-good cause that will stir your senses and your pasta!

In partnership with Lyre’s, the world’s most awarded non-alcoholic spirit brand, Gowings is proudly taking part in Cocktails for a Cause - a nationwide initiative raising funds for the Dry July Foundation, which supports Australians affected by cancer.

For every Lyre’s cocktail ordered throughout the month, Gowings will donate $1 to the foundation. So, whether you're going sober for the month or simply leaning into mindful drinking, every sip counts.

As Lyre’s Global Marketing Manager Marc Romanin explains: "We’re changing the stigma around not drinking by encouraging Australians to explore non-alcoholic options at partner venues. With incredible places like Gowings stepping up, it's never been easier – or tastier – to go dry in July.”

For those raising a glass for a good cause, expect a punchy line-up of zero-proof concoctions designed to impress. There’s the Xpresso Martini, delivering that signature caffeine kick with Lyre’s Coffee Originale and cold-drip espresso; along with the No-groni, which channels the bitter sophistication of a classic Negroni, minus the booze.

Meanwhile, the Amaretti Sour brings a sweet-and-silky zing and the Rosemary Hoopla leans smoky and spiced, layered with salted rosemary syrup and ginger beer. Each cocktail clocks in at just $15.

The indulgence doesn’t stop at the glass. For a limited time, Gowings is also serving up a theatrical tableside cacio e pepe, swirled through a wheel of Toscano pecorino and finished with black pepper and a whole lot of umami. Priced at $18, it’s a mid-Winter comfort dish that’s equal parts spectacle and satisfaction and a perfect match for your guilt-free cocktail.
