Fulfilling cravings for tantalising spices, Darbar Fine Indian Cuisine on Glebe Point Road takes guests on an exotic culinary journey. Located on one of Sydney’s great ‘Eat Streets,’ Darbar is all about crisp white linen, bright orange accents and a cosy ambiance from a worn brick décor and open fire place, inviting diners to linger over a glass of red from the wine racks adorning the walls. Take a seat and peruse a menu brimming with traditional starters such as chicken tikka and vegetable samosas, or perhaps delve into the Chef’s speciality - marinated Tasmanian salmon with turmeric, cashew paste, cumin, coriander and lemon juice. Diced goat in a medium spiced garam masala curry with onion, cumin and fenugreek seeds, teamed with saffron basmati rice and garlic naan may also tempt.
