Twenty-one years later, the event has grown considerably to include the region’s best wine-makers, most sought-after chefs, along with the cherished artisans and musicians who will bring the region alive,” explains Margaret River Wine Industry Association president Nigel Gallop.

Fiesta and Long Table Feast - FRIDAY APRIL 13, 2012

“The Long Table Feast is becoming an increasingly important element of the Margaret River Wine Region Festival. The mouth watering delicacies will all be served alfresco on a long table set up in the stunning gardens at Leeuwin Estate - one of the most iconic wineries in the South West,” outlines Margaret River Wine Region Festival event manager John Bradbury.

Each course is matched with a glass of premium Margaret River wine from some of the leading wine makers in the country.

On Friday, from 4.30-7.30pm, you can get amongst the action in heart of Margaret River to witness the sidewalks morph into a lively all-ages celebration. The Margaret River Sidewalk Street Fiesta is a free event that starts on the lawns at Reuther Park and extends right down the hill to the Margaret River Visitors Centre for a premium wine tasting.
