After six years at Crown Casino’s The Brasserie by Philipe Mouchel, renowned French born chef, Philippe Mouchel will leave at the end of June 2010. After a successful partnership Mouchel will retreat to work on other projects, including possibly another cook book. The restaurant will continue to operate under the name until the end of June 2010.
Prior to its closure the restaurant will welcome American chef, Josiah Citrin from Los Angeles’ Melisse, in time for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival commencing in March.
