If you’ve never tried avocado chocolate mousse before, this recipe will take you completely by surprise. The avocado texture makes the mousse smooth, thick and delicious, along with adding healthy fats, fibre and a host of vitamins.
While it may look a little high on the calorie scale, the good and healthy avocado fats combined with the anti-oxidants of dark chocolate make this dessert not only swoon-worthy, but also reasonably good for you.
Tim Tams are an Aussie institution as Kendall Jenner found out when she arrived Down Under last month and was introduced to the Tim Tam slam. Our recipe for Tim Tam cheesecake uses two packets of the indulgent biscuits along with cream cheese, cream, white and milk chocolate, so make sure Mum is prepared for a sweet treat overload.
