A produce-driven ideology tells the story of regional South Australian produce at Fino Vino on Flinders Street in the heart of Adelaide City. Exposed brick walls, banquette and booth seating, along with an eclectic mix of artwork, create a rustic charm ideal for lingering over a memorable meal with someone special. Choose from four or five-course tasting menus with wine pairings if desired, perhaps starting with pipis, kohlrabi, coriander and Geraldton wax, or quail, chickpeas, capsicum and romesco. Move onto larger plates of dry-aged Black Angus Porterhouse with Fino butter and sides of crispy potatoes and leaf salad; barbequed chicken, corn, black barley and miso butter are sure to entice. Finish indulgently with a decadent dessert of grilled peach, fig leaf ice cream and almonds.
