This coastal venue on Toowoon Bay Road has a modern, sleek look with comfortable seating and a sit-down bar, where guests can watch Chef Adam at work in the kitchen. A recycled feature wood wall, whitewashed furniture and splashes of greenery set a laid-back vibe, ideal for lingering over a seafood tasting plate for two with smoked kingfish, caviar, gravlax, white anchovy, oysters and prawns. Move on to robata grilled lamb cutlets with gougujang and buttermilk yoghurt, before glazed whole rainbow trout, edamame, fried Brussels sprouts, yuzu and herbs. Carnivores opt for Angus sirloin, with Chef’s hash brown, jus and greens, while those with room to spare order chocolate tart and miso caramel.
