Find a little slice of Italy at Osteria A Mano on Pacific Highway, without leaving Wyong. From the country of pasta and prosciutto come traditional family recipes bringing guests a dining experience boasting the flavours from all corners of Italy, in earthy surrounds of colourful wall murals, wooden table settings and wine bottles covered with candle wax. Delve into starters like salt and pepper calamari and prawns, or eggplant parmigiana; before hand-rolled pasta tempters such as tagliatelle with osso buco sauce, or be enticed by suckling pig with vegetables and a side of baked potatoes. Those dining in groups may opt for the sharing menu and enjoy dishes such as housemade potato gnocchi with gorgonzola and cream, finishing indulgently with a dessert of authentic tiramisu.

Wow, if you want traditional, fresh italian food and wine NOT in Italy, this is the place! Some of the nicest Italian cuisine I have ever eaten. A phone call from the owner to let me know I could bring a cake for my partners birthday, a fantastic touch. Thank you OAM!

It's so exciting to see a restaurant of this calibre on the central coast. The food is authentic northern Italian and to die for, the service is attentive and friendly, and the wine list excellent. We will definitely be regulars.
