15mL St. Germain elderflower Liqueur
150mL Champagne
1 nos fresh raspberry
On glass paint - edible golden race track and baby's breath flower


Paint the Champagne tulip with a brush of thick sugar syrup and dust edible golden glitter and tie baby’s breath.

Add 15 mL St. Germain elderflower liqueur.

Add 150 mL of Champagne.

Add 1 nos of fresh raspberry as a garnish.

What Happens to the Drink:

The floral notes of St.Germain pair beautifully with the fresh raspberry making the drink refreshing during the sunny afternoon.

The Golden Race Track glitter is edible yet fancy as it's all about glamour and a gourmet experience to hold on hand.
