Pineapple Punch


Ingredients

Makes 2.72l/91.97fl oz
7.5% alc/vol
16.1 standard drinks

1.5L (52fl oz) oselle
30ml (1fl oz) gin
30ml (1fl oz) maraschino liqueur
5ml (1/6fl oz) Angostura Bitters
30ml (1fl oz) grenadine
90ml (3fl oz) fresh lemon juice
30ml (1fl oz) pine syrup/cordial
1L (32fl oz) soda water
½ fresh lemon (sliced)
Slices of pineapple

Method

Pour moselle, gin, liqueur, Bitters, grenadine, juice and syrup into a punch bowl resting on a bed of ice then stir well. Add soda and stir gently. Add slices of lemon and pineapple. Stir gently and serve.
