Rosemary and Blueberry Mocktail Fizz


1 punnet blueberries
1 rosemary spring
30 mls honey
30 mls fresh lemon juice
120 mls sparkling mineral water
1 slice lemon


Gently muddle blueberries, rosemary and honey in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Add lemon juice and shake with ice.

Strain through a mesh strainer into a tall glass.

Add a handful of ice.

Top with sparkling mineral water and stir briefly to combine.

Throw in slice of lemon.
