50mL 1800 coconut-infused tequila
20mL fresh lime juice
20mL kaffir lime syrup
7.5mL Coco-lopez
3 g toasted coconut salt
1 lime leaf
Add coconut tequila, lime juice, kaffir lime syrup and coco-lopez in a shake tin.
Add ice (fill bigger shaker tin with ice) and hard shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with a big ice cube and a toasted coconut salt rim.
Garnish with round lime leaf.
