2 Tbs honey
1 Tbs boiling water
1/4 cup (60mL) Scotch whisky
1 lime, juiced
1 passionfruit, halved
Chilled Champagne, sparkling wine or sparkling water, to serve
Combine the honey and boiling water in a small bowl.
Divide whisky, lime juice, passionfruit pulp and honey mixture between Champagne flutes. Top with Champagne, sparkling wine or water to serve.
