Braised Suckling Lamb
with lambascioni and truffled pecorino
3 cups milk
150g chopped chocolate
45 ml Original Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
Whipped cream (if desired)
Heat milk in a small saucepan and slowly stir in chopped chocolate.
Combine with Original Baileys Irish Cream and garnish with chocolate and whipped cream if desired.
