Beets by Mexico Cocktail



Ingredients

45mL aged tequila
10mL mezcal
20mL amontillado sherry
15mL beetroot and apple cordial
2 dashes bitters
Cubed and block ice
Dehydrated apple slice or lemon twist, to garnish

Method

Add all of the ingredients to your mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over fresh ice, preferably a large block, and garnish with an apple slice or lemon twist.
