Also catering for special events and occasions, menus can be tailored to suit all appetites, intolerances and dietary requirements, with taste sensations such as sun-dried tomato pesto salad with bacon, chorizo and cranberry. Tuck into a chicken curry burger with pickled carrots, cucumber and Japanese mayo on a brioche bun, or perhaps soy glazed salmon with soba noodles, teamed with pumpkin, beetroot and feta salad. Next Level Food Truck Experience
My new best food truck in Brisbane, by far. This is a next level amazing taste sensation served up by super friendly and passionate foodies. I had a Japanese chicken curry sub on the softest bun with perfect curry sauce and succulent chicken. This was so tasty I went back for some butter chicken tacos and wow.... these fusion meals have been unmatched in the food truck scene. 10/10 excellence.

Great Foodie experience - The truck is always in pristine condition, the lady running the show (Leonie) obviously loves what she does so it come through in her food - very very tasty! On my last visit, I went for the Chicken Curry with Roti, and it was screaming awesomeness.
