She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and had great timing with our drinks and food. It’s rare to find someone who is so professional yet makes you feel so welcome. We never had to ask for a refill, and she gave us some excellent recommendations.
If you eat here, definitely ask for Samantha’s section—she’s the best!

Joe was our waiter and he was very helpful and pleasant fast service. Food was very nice especially the rice and string beans. Last time here we had the Peking duck which was awesome.
What a magical night… I will never be the same.
Atmospherically out of this world. The salt and pepper quail was absolutely delectable. My server, his name was J O E, made my whole year, what a little cutie, and always hard at work!! I plan a return trip for the service alone. I tell everyone I meet about this place, what a hidden gem, sparkling, shining and pristine.
Don’t forget to grab the Piggy Buns on the way out, seriously cuteness overload.
Subtle yet refined, upscale yet homey, professional yet relaxed Longtime dining has it all.
I seldomly leave reviews but wow this was good. The food blew my socks off, and to make it even better the service was out of this stratosphere. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the powerful decor, it made me feel so at home. I will be returning with my family. Can’t wait to see JOE and the longtime team again.

Had a wonderful dinner at Longtime Dining. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the Forbidden Duck and the truffle fried rice, which were definitely highlights of the night.
The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to give recommendations, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for modern Cantonese food in Brisbane.

One of the best yum cha experiences I’ve had. The seafood here is incredibly fresh — you can really taste the quality in every dish. Everything we ordered felt carefully prepared and full of flavour.The Forbidden Duck was absolutely spectacular,especially the fire show when it was served made it unforgettable. It was not only delicious but also such a memorable dining experience — definitely something you have to see in person!!!

We had a really great dining experience here. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere very comfortable.
My favourite dish was the Typhoon Shelter Lobster. The lobster was very fresh and full of flavour, and the crispy garlic and spices made it even more amazing. It was perfect to enjoy with a cold beer.
Overall, the food quality and service were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

I visited Longtime Dining a few weeks ago for a work function and absolutely loved the experience. The highlight of the evening was the Forbidden Duck Banquet, which was nothing short of spectacular. The duck two way was very special especially the fire show. The service was equally impressive — attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member made sure our group felt well looked after. Overall, Longtime Dining exceeded expectations with its extraordinary food and exceptional service, making it a perfect venue for both professional and social occasions.
