Executive Pastry Chef, John Demetrios loves serving his white chocolate and lemon ganache stones at the end of a meal, for a tangy finish and a bit of fun. The recipe calls for lemon juice, but can easily be adjusted for a lot of flavours - just think lime, mango, raspberry or passionfruit.
