It requires no tips or tricks, with ingredients easily sourced from your local bottle shop, making it a perfect refreshing treat to wow your guests, who may not have made it overseas for the Summer,” Neilson explains.

Made with Arcane pineapple rum, barrel-aged gin, sparkling rosé, sugar spirit and pineapple juice, topped up with splash of soda, this Spritz will become a favourite go-to cocktail in no time at all.

If visiting Zephyr, make sure to order yours to perhaps pair with a Korean fried chicken slider with Asian slaw and gochujang, or spanner crab cakes, pickled pepper and coriander from the tempting menu of small bites and showpiece mains.
