Super Bowls for the Superbowl – 5 Venues to Get a Bowl Fix!

‘Karma is that guy from the Chiefs coming back home to me!’

So sang Taylor Swift to her Kansas City Chiefs beau Travis Kelce at a recent concert in Brazil as the nine-time Pro Bowler and NFL record-holder tight end watched her perform from the stands beside Tay Tay’s father, Scott.

We are all wondering if the megastar is going to make a mad dash on a private jet back from her The Eras tour in Japan in time to see Travis take the field for the Chiefs against the San Francisco 49ers in this year’s Superbowl LVIII in Las Vegas, on Monday, February 12, Australian time.

Such is the interest in this power couple’s romance and due to the Vegas drawcard, tickets for the event have gone up 70% in 2024 making the average seat cost around $US7000 each.

What better way to start Superbowl Monday than with a healthy Super Bowl at your fave café? Here are five suggestions for a bowl fix:

Good Times, Food & Vibes

Those seeking a sun-drenched spot to enjoy good times, food and vibes head to Podium Café on Maud Street in Newstead. This new Brisbane café rocks a cheery yellow and white vibe with natural light streaming into a warm and inviting space where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafts in the air amid a lively buzz of conversation.

Early risers stop in after a morning walk for a Campos coffee and toasted banana bread or a mango, banana, coconut, chia and flaxseed smoothie, to go with an acai bowl with apple, banana, blueberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, mango, strawberries, granola and coconut.
