What’s your most popular dish/drink?
Our must try dish is our lamb shoulder! From Kinross Station it is slow cooked until it melts in your mouth with garlic yoghurt and wombok from local producer Block 11 organics. It is our signature dish drawing inspiration from Executive Chef and owner Matthew Eustis's Greek heritage.
Our curated wine list boasts more than 200 wines listed as well as cocktails, mocktails, beers and more. Our cocktail menu is influenced by music where the names are drawn. Our Ridin' Dirty Martini is among the favourites of our regulars made with local Bathurst Grange Dry Gin, local Renzano Dry Vermouth and house fermented chilli brine.

Summer St Wine Room is a locally-owned small business that focuses all its energy into hospitality and championing the little guy. Owners Elizabeth Wittig (Lizzie) and Matthew Eustis have spent a combined 27 years in hospitality and focus on creating memorable experiences for their guests and bringing to light small and local producers and produce. We have a warm welcoming vibe that leaves people wanting to return again and again.
What is a fun fact not many people know about the venue:
We offer takeaway sales of wine and beer. So, when you find something you love when you're with us you can also take it home to enjoy again. Again, this is focused on small producers.
