What’s your most popular dish/drink?

Signature dishes include blue swimmer crab fried rice, massaman Wagyu beef curry and the Arcade 48-hour roasted duck and Chinese broccoli. For seafood options, cast your net over betel leaf with prawn, scallop and caviar to enhance the peppery betel leaf flavour. Sweet dessert options include the unmissable and delectable mango and sticky rice rose.

As for the drinks, renowned bar consultant Jerome Morris has returned home to Sydney to direct the offering. After a decade at the forefront of Los Angeles’ hospitality scene, where he developed acclaimed beverage programs and garnered numerous accolades —including a prestigious James Beard nomination – Jerome enters Arcade and brings with him a wealth of expertise, crafting an elevated cocktail offering that complements the Soi food offerings.
