There’s snow place like Lady Banks Rooftop this Winter! Running every Friday to Sunday until August 31, the sky-high Bankstown venue is giving crispy days and nights the cold shoulder, with the launch of Winter Wonderland.

You are invited to indulge in a frosty fiesta filled with fairy lights, fireside vibes and flavour-packed apres-style indulgence, instead!

It’s the kind of place where you’ll want to chill - literally and figuratively. Whether you’re cosying up for a cute date night in one of the private igloo lounges, toasting to the weekend with mates by the fire or warming up with mulled wine while the DJ melts your mid-Winter blues, this is one destination worth rugging up for.

Couples keen for a cool date night idea can book their own snow globe sanctuary for a luxe $100 pp feast. It comes complete with King prawns, burrata, spanner crab brioche and an apple rhubarb crumble. Add a bottle of Moet or Whispering Angel Rose and you've got the ultimate Winter warmer.

Coming with your crew? Grab your gloves, gather the gang and settle into a group igloo ($50 pp), where the menu is built for sharing - from three cheese arancini and French onion flatbread to prosciutto with truffle mayo and polenta. All served with a side of bubbles (in the form of 1.5 L magnums, no less). Ice optional.

Swing by during Magic Hour (daily from 4 pm–6 pm) for fireside Happy Hour deals that are sure to thaw your spirits - think $15 Alpine Sours, $10 mulled wine and $8 beers and vino. Pair it with baked feta in filo or a few Sydney rock oysters and you’ve got yourself a brrrr-illiant Winter meal.

For those who brunch even when it’s brisk, the Bottomless Banks long lunch from 12 pm–3 pm on weekends is snow joke. For $79 pp, you’ll enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless house drinks with the option to upgrade to Margaritas or Aperol Spritz - because who says Summer should have all the fun, alongside Mediterranean-inspired bites like lamb tagine, ricotta dumplings and calamari fritti. Add a breezy house DJ to the mix and you’ve got the perfect storm of good vibes.

Winter Wonderland also features a rotating lineup of themed events that’ll have you coming back for seconds (and thirds). From the Apres Ski Weekend (June 19-22), serving up ski-lodge vibes and hot choccy cocktails, to the Bastille Festival (July 11-13) with French faves like brie and bubbles and finally Christmas in July (July 26), celebrating with tinsel, puddings and all the festive feels of walking in a Winter Wonderland…without the December chaos.

As Bankstown Sports Club CEO Michael Clancy puts it:

"We know not everyone wants to trek into the city when it’s cold…so we brought the magic closer to home.” With views, vibes and vino this good, we’re yet to find a better way to enjoy a little fun in the freeze!

So, slip on your uggs, round up your snow squad and settle into a snuggly igloo and get set to sleigh the season. Lady Banks Rooftop is warming up its Winter offering and delivering absolutely snow doubt that it’ll be one of the hottest places to be when the temperature drops.
