Getaway in this Glass Cabin

As the last of Summer’s warm rays fade, nature prepares for its enchanting transition into the romantic hues of a crisp Autumn, painting the landscape with shades of red, orange and gold. Not far from the subtle chill of Bathurst’s cool mornings, you will find Oak Hill Estate – a new glass cabin accommodation unlike any other.

Epitomising luxury and romance at every angle, the stunning 3000-acre farm the glass cabins sit on offers panoramic views of abundant wildlife, shimmering creeks and tranquil days. The sheep farm, which produces Merino wool, is owned by Clay and Erin and their family, who moved to the area wanting a more peaceful life. These days they get to share that with travellers from all around the world, who are seeking the same experience as they initially were but perhaps on a less permanent basis.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, couples seeking a unique experience will love Oak Hill’s vast views, outdoor fire pit and hot tub. With their minimalist design, each glass cabin offers floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views allowing you to watch the changing colours from night to dawn and dusk to dark.

We love that there are not only designer kitchenettes in each cabin, but that you can also pre-order a local dinner pack to make in-house, if you don’t feel like venturing out to nearby Bathurst just 15 minutes away.

Costs start at $490 per night with further details available here
