The husband-and-wife duo behind POLKA – Ben and Emma Mellows – share a love for new product innovation and a desire to offer more to the health-conscious consumer. With a passion for exceptional taste and quality ingredients, they wanted to create a more elevated brand in the market with a range of drinks that would stand out with more complex and nuanced flavours.

The pair teamed up with high-profile SA winemakers and brewers to create a non-alcoholic range which has all the characteristics of full-strength counterparts.

"Like any food or beverage product, a key driver of the de-alc uptake is taste. By first making wine or spirits in traditional methods, then extracting the alcohol, we can give people products they will truly enjoy on every occasion,” Ben explains.

"With more than 10 years in the food and nutritional manufacturing industry, we are dedicated to sourcing and using the best ingredients to create our delicious drink offering, which includes the highest quality South Australian grapes and native botanicals that present an innovative, sophisticated and delicious beverage.”
