Iconic Melbourne bakery Penny for Pound has teamed up with Australian brooch and accessory label Erstwilder to celebrate the launch of its new 'Easter Treats'-inspired collection.
On Saturday, March 22 they will be giving away FREE hot cross buns to the first 300 customers at the Moorabbin store on Cochranes Road.
For one day only, from 8 am, the first 300 patrons who visit Penny for Pound will receive one complimentary limited-edition hot cross bun and one complimentary Erstwilder Hot Cross Cravings Brooch (valued at more than $54) until sold out.
The new Erstwilder Easter Treats collection launches on Tuesday, March 18.
The limited-edition Penny for Pound x Erstwilder hot cross bun features the iconic Penny for Pound fluffy scroll dough filled with spiced brown sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, plumped sultanas and currants - a take on a 'Hot Cross Cinnamon Scroll' (YUM!).
Then, glazed with a vanilla sour cream and a traditional cinnamon cross - you don't want to miss out on this limited-edition Hot Cross Bun!
