Franca’s wine list features the best of international and local, with an emphasis on small-production wineries. They also carry rare aged wines as well as cocktails that pay tribute to Parisian brasserie culture using the freshest seasonal ingredients and as for mains, no true French brasserie could claim the connection with a prix fixe menu.

Diners can choose the signature or l'aristocrate set menu with starters like the signature caviar, buckwheat and chive waffle and crème fraîche or the confit pumpkin tart, stracciatella, pepperberry hiramasa kingfish crudo and citruses. Dessert standout is the passionfruit soufflé, popcorn ice cream and almond craquelin.
