Next time you stop in, Mixologist Daniel Bongtou recommends trying the French Fizz Martini cocktail:

"Vibrant, playful and effortlessly chic - the French Fizz Martini is our go-to recommendation for guests who want something a little indulgent with a sparkling twist,” he explains.
"We shake vodka with Chambord and pineapple juice for a juicy burst of berry and tropical flavour, then top it off with crisp Blanc de Blanc for that elegant fizz. It's fruity, fizzy and just the right amount of fancy - perfect for celebrations or a luxe start to the night.”
Legend has it Chambord was good enough for French royalty - but Sunset Bar & Grill has taken it up a notch with vodka, pineapple juice and bubbles, topped off with a delicate Maraschino cherry. The French Fizz Martini is basically what would happen if Versailles threw a pool party.
As for the cocktail’s name, Daniel says it is all in the mix:

"French for the Chambord and Blanc de Blanc, Fizz for that bubbly top and Martini for the classy, shaken-not-stirred attitude. It's not technically a Martini in the classic sense, but it's got the glass, the glamour and the vibe.
"Think of it as the flirty French cousin of the traditional Martini - a little extra, a lot delicious.”
Try this cocktail on a Friday afternoon to relax after a long and stressful work week. Alternatively, you could take the party home and concoct the perfect drink to usher in the weekend.
